Hannah Cutler – Team leader
Hannah is a Utah native who has lived in the Salt Lake Valley for more than 20 years. She has been working in real estate for many years and is proud to be consistently named as one of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s top 50 sales agents.
Hannah has been married for more than 22 years and she and her husband Steve are blessed with 4 children. When she is not working in her real estate business, she is dividing her time between the football field, basketball court, dance performances, swimming pool, softball field extended family activities and everything in between.
Family has always been the most important thing in her life and that is one of the things that set her apart when it comes to taking care of her clients. She understands what it means to put the most important things in your life first and makes sure that she knows what the most important things are to her clients.
Hannah has a pretty dynamic personality and has a reputation for being attentive and dedicated in everything that she does. From the moment that she decided to work in real estate, she made the commitment to make a difference with the client’s that she worked with. She thoroughly enjoys working with people, getting to know her clients, their families and everything that matters to them. The office is often filled with revelry and laughter when Hannah is around. Although buying and selling real estate can be a stressful experience for some, Hannah believes it should be fun and memorable too. By handling all the important details, she is able to allow her clients to focus on what matters most to them and know that all the details to getting their real estate goals accomplished are being covered. This energetic woman is straightforward, enjoys working hard and believes that “if it’s not fun, it’s not worth it!”
Hannah likes to stay fit, healthy and active. Her favorite sport is volleyball; a sport she played actively since high school. Influenced by her father, Hannah is inclined to look at things analytically, which proved valuable when running her husband’s construction company many years ago. She is very involved with her church, community and children’s sports organizations. She volunteers her time to American Cancer Society, Coldwell Banker Community Foundation as well as working on local business development through the Murray Area Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on their board of directors.
While Hannah may be full of fun and extremely involved in her community, it is in her work as a real estate professional serving the Wasatch Front where her skills, experience and approach to business truly shine.
